The Anthbot Genie is one of the lowest-priced wire-free RTK mowers sold on a brand’s own US store. This roundup collects what Anthbot officially states about it so you can decide whether it fits your yard. We have not tested the Genie, and this page does not summarize customer reviews; check recent owner reviews on retailer sites before you buy.
Prices (Anthbot US store, checked Oct 24, 2026)
| Variant | Rated area | Price | Compare-at |
|---|---|---|---|
| Genie 600 | 0.22 acre | $799 | $999 |
| Genie 600e (4G) | 0.22 acre | $699 | $1,099 |
| Genie 1000 | 0.49 acre | $799 | $1,199 |
| Genie 3000 | 0.89 acre | $899 | $1,599 |
Anthbot also listed refurbished Genies ($499 to $899 when checked). Note the odd pricing on the day we checked: the 1000 and 600 were the same price, and the 3000 was only $100 more, so for most lawns the larger model was the better deal per acre. Sale prices change, so check the current price →
What Anthbot says it does
- Navigation: “Exclusive RTK technology” for positioning, with automatic or remote-control mapping modes.
- Obstacle avoidance: 300° vision and 360° collision sensing; Anthbot says it avoids “over 1,000 objects”.
- Multi-zone: separate maps for complex lawns.
- Slope: 45% (24°), footnoted as “Data from ANTHBOT Lab”, with two all-terrain rear wheels.
- Weather and noise: IPX6 (washable), returns to its station when it rains, operating noise within 58 dB.
- Anti-theft: a digital fence alert when it’s moved about 50 m away (security mode requires the 4G-equipped models, per the FAQ).
- Ongoing cost: Anthbot sells 4G service at $39.99/year (also 2- and 3-year plans).
Who it fits (our read)
- Good fit: open, mostly flat suburban lawns up to the rated area, with clear sky over most of the grass, where price matters most.
- Weaker fit: heavy tree cover or narrow spaces between buildings (RTK needs sky view; consider a LiDAR model), and slopes near or above 45%.
- Newer siblings: Anthbot also sells the M9 ($769, RTK + vision + 4G, 1,000 m²) and M9 Pro ($1,399, adds 360° LiDAR, 45% slope). If your yard has trees, the M9 Pro’s LiDAR fusion is the safer bet on paper.
